Green mindfulness is so important. Getting outside and being present in your body. Not only do you get the chance the reflect and be present, but you are surrounded by peace and beauty.
This method has many claims to fame. Reducing stress, improving sleep and improving mood. There are some serious potential health benefits that have been studied to accommodate this model.
I have personally been implementing this practice in my weekly routine. Even living in a city, and being a busy balancing student and volunteer life, I find it an integral component of my well-being. I encourage everyone to research these methods and try to add them into your own routines.
